Who We Are

CPR4ALL is a 501c3 Non profit Organization Est. in January, 2020 with the goal of teaching communities FREE hands only Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) + Naloxone (Narcan) Training to communities in Oregon State.

The Organization is composed of Local and International Instructors to help support the communities they live in through free education.

We are based out of the City of Newport, Oregon and located in the Rapid Rescue Edu Offices:
